Lucy oversees seamless operations while optimizing systems for client engagement and business growth.

Lucy began her career in real estate sales in 2004, earning national recognition as a top-performing agent. She later transitioned into tech and management consulting, advising global business leaders on operational efficiencies, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. 

Lucy thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing workflows, and creating seamless real estate experiences. Her background allows her to bring a strategic mindset to every transaction and helps her implement innovative systems that enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

A Santa Clara University graduate, Lucy is passionate about empowering women, helping families build generational wealth, and strengthening local communities. She lives in Albany, CA, with her 7-year-old son and enjoys exploring the Bay Area, live music, and the arts- always seeking ways to create meaningful connections both in and out of the office.
